Lee Starcevich is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, bringing over three decades of expertise from architectural design to project completion. His diverse background spans residential, commercial, and multifamily projects, showcasing a wealth of knowledge and proficiency.

Lee embarked on his construction journey in 1982, constructing garages for Sears & Roebuck before swiftly transitioning to new home construction. His skills and leadership extended across various locations, managing framing crews in Arizona, Colorado, and Illinois. Holding a General Contractors license for both residential and commercial projects in Arizona, Lee has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the construction field.

Currently serving as the General Manager of La Casa Dulce, LLC, Lee continues to demonstrate proficiency in coordinating subcontractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines on job sites. Lee's extensive experience includes managing the construction of custom homes and contributing significantly to the success of high-volume home builders over the years. In 2007, he ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully running a chemical manufacturing company for close to a decade.

AREA PROJECT MANAGER 

Dwayne Isenberger is an accomplished Area Project Manager for La Casa Dulce, bringing an impressive 30 years of experience in the construction field to his role. Dwayne's journey began as a residential electrician, where he honed his skills before transitioning to work with several national home builders, serving in roles as a superintendent and construction manager.

Since joining La Casa Dulce, Dwayne has been instrumental in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from the ground up to completion. His unwavering commitment is to craft quality homes and vibrant communities. Dwayne's wealth of experience and dedication has been recognized with multiple JD Power customer satisfaction awards during his tenure as a superintendent for Del Webb/Pulte. Additionally, he earned the AVID customer service award as a construction manager for Meritage Homes.

With a bachelor’s degree in business management, Dwayne Isenberger brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role at La Casa Dulce. AREA MANAGER   

Kieser Hoffman is an accomplished Area Manager at La Casa Dulce, a leading general contractor specializing in crafting expansive multifamily communities.

Embarking on his construction journey in rough framing, Kieser honed his carpentry skills, setting the foundation for a career defined by dedication and expertise. His commitment to advancing in the dynamic construction environment led him to Clayton Homes, where he played a pivotal role in the construction of premium modular homes.

With a wealth of hands-on experience, Kieser seamlessly transitioned to Beazer Homes, assuming the role of a backend supervisor. Here, he efficiently managed subcontractors and oversaw the complete construction process for numerous homes. Taking charge of critical phases, Kieser conducted pre-drywall inspections, guided buyers through walks, and ensured a flawless closing experience for homeowners.

Currently, as La Casa Dulce's Area Manager, Kieser leads a dynamic team overseeing multiple multifamily communities across the valley. His responsibilities span production management, schedule maintenance, quality control, estimating, training, and more. Kieser Hoffman's unwavering commitment to excellence and his holistic understanding of the construction process position him as an invaluable asset to La Casa Dulce's mission of delivering exceptional living spaces.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 

Alan Stanford is a dedicated Construction Manager committed to propelling La Casa Dulce to new heights. With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Alan brings a wealth of experience and finesse to the multifamily construction domain.

His diverse portfolio encompasses projects of varying scales, ranging from modest single-family residences to sprawling multi-million-dollar multifamily ventures. Alan's professional journey has been enriched by collaborations with both local custom homebuilders and esteemed national corporate builders, showcasing his adaptability and proficiency.

Renowned for his comprehensive skill set, Alan boasts a robust background in architectural drafting, electrical work, and project management. His credentials include an MCAQD Rule 310 certification and an OSHA-10 certification, underscoring his commitment to the highest industry standards.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER  

Clay Johnson is an accomplished Construction Manager with a proven background shaping the multifamily construction landscape and making notable contributions to the industry.

Previously, Clay served as a Project Manager overseeing remodels for prominent valley investors like First Key Homes, Invitation Homes, and Rootstock/Streetlane. His expertise in managing intricate projects and consistently delivering high-quality results shines through in these collaborations.

Currently, as a Construction Manager at La Casa Dulce, Clay spearheads back-end operations, meticulously coordinating construction site activities. From scheduling to overseeing contractors, his responsibilities include performing rigorous quality control and safety checks, ensuring compliance with city inspections, and upholding the highest construction standards.

In his recent position at RevCon Management, Clay assumed the role of Area Manager, orchestrating a team of Project Managers dedicated to executing comprehensive rehabs for investment companies. His responsibilities extended beyond the ordinary, encompassing policy creation, mentorship, and adept issue resolution across seven states, illustrating his adeptness in handling intricate, large-scale operations.

Clay's professional journey is a testament to his versatility, ranging from remodeling houses to steering multimillion-dollar custom home projects. This wealth of experience positions Clay as a valuable asset to La Casa Dulce.
